We were Creative Directors on the Tesco business for 2 years. When the supermarket first arrived at BBH, we had somewhat of a mountain to climb. After much PR scandal and misfiring comms, the brand had become one of most vilified and distrusted in the country. So how could we turn the fortunes around? We found the answer in one of the brand's greatest assets - Help. Within 18 months, the brand went from Christmas Turkey to Campaign’s 'Brand of the year'. With a record breaking return to profit.
